Pricing and payment
What currency is pricing in?
All plan prices are quoted and charged in Jamaican Dollars (JMD).
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared with paying monthly.
Which payment methods can we use?
Card payments, Lynk, WiPay and bank transfer. Bank transfers require a receipt upload and are verified by our team before activation.
Is there a setup fee?
Some plans include a one-off setup fee, and it is always shown on the checkout summary before you pay.
Setup and access
How long does activation take?
Once payment is verified and the registration is approved, your tenant is provisioned and the administrator receives access immediately.
Does registering give us the dashboard right away?
No. Registration creates a pending school. Until payment is verified and the school is approved, the administrator sees only the registration status portal.
What happens to student limits if we grow?
You can move to a higher plan at any time; the new limit applies as soon as the change is approved.
Can we customise the look of our portal?
Yes. Each school configures its own logo, colours and portal name during setup.
Data and support
How is our data kept separate from other schools?
Every record is scoped to a school and enforced with row-level security in the database, so one school cannot read another's data.
Can you migrate our existing records?
Yes. Students, staff, classes and historic results can be imported from CSV, with an audit log of everything created.
Can we run multiple campuses?
Multi-campus support is available on Enterprise and Institution plans.
How do we cancel?
Subscriptions run for the billing period you paid for. Contact support before renewal and we will stop the next cycle and arrange a data export.
