Cadmara is a multi-tenant school management platform built for Caribbean primary schools, secondary schools, academies, colleges and training institutions.
Most schools run on a patchwork: a spreadsheet for attendance, a separate ledger for fees, printed mark sheets and a group chat for announcements. Nothing reconciles, and leadership only learns about problems at the end of term.
We built Cadmara so that one record of a student carries their enrolment, attendance, coursework, results, fees and pastoral notes, visible to exactly the people entitled to see them and nobody else.
The platform is multi-tenant by design. Each institution has its own branding, its own users and its own data boundary, enforced in the database rather than trusted to the interface.
